Rev. Dr. Fr. Casimir Raj S.J. specialized in Business Administration from St.Louis University, St. Louis, U.S.A. He has made significant contributions as founder of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) developed the institution from 53rd position to 9th at the national level during his leadership. The institution extends its resources to all aspiring business administrators at various levels. After the valuable contribution to LIBA, Dr. Fr. Casimir Raj S.J. extended his service to Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) as Director where his untiring, creative and skillful leadership elevated the standard of the institution to 6th position at national level.

Fr. Casimir Raj has been associated with education and teaching marketing for the past three decades in various institutions including XLRI Jamshedpur; St. Louis University, Missouri; Wheeling Jesuit College, Wheeling and XIM Bhubaneshwar. He was the founder Director of LIBA and Principal of Loyola College, Chennai. He was also Director, XIM Bhubaneshwar, Goa Institute of Management. A member of the American Marketing Association and a Ph.D. from St. Louis University, (in Missouri, USA), Fr. Casimir is widely regarded to be an authority in marketing with numerous publications to his credit.

Pramath’s rich experience over the years – across academia, consulting, education and business – has given him a rare insight on running organisations and different operating environments. As Chief Mentor, he brings his expertise and passion to CSB.

Pramath was the founding Dean of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and served and was instrumental in building ISB into a world-class business school in India. Built in collaboration with Wharton, Kellogg and London Business School, ISB has grown to be one of the premier hubs for Business Education in the world. He serves as the Founder and Chairman of the Academic Council of The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women (VSPW) a reimagined MBA programme for women. He is also the Founder and Trustee of the recently launched Ashoka University, India’s first liberal arts university. The Young India Fellowship launched under its aegis in 2011, was another first of its kind scholarship programme in the country.

He was the Group MD and CEO of ABP Pvt Ltd., a $200 million Indian media conglomerate with interests in newspapers, magazines, television and online. He spent 13 years with McKinsey as a partner. During his McKinsey tenure, he assisted both public and private sector clients in a diverse set of industries on issues relating to business strategy and performance improvement in North America and Asia. After starting his career in the North American Practice, he moved to India in 1997 and helped build and grow the Indian Practice. He led McKinsey India’s telecom, IT, and media practices as well as its organisation practice, where he focused on issues of transformation and leadership.In addition, he is currently a Senior Counselor with Albright Stonebridge Group, helping international businesses set up operations in India.

Pramath holds a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BTech degree from IIT, Kanpur.

Anand Sudarshan is Founder & Director, Sylvant Advisors Private Limited, accompany that that provides a range of advisory & consulting services in the education sector to Indian & global institutions, large enterprises, and investors; in addition, Sylvant also incubates, invests in, and advises start-up & early stage companies. He is currently an independent non-executive director of NIIT Limited, the pioneer in education & training. In addition, he serves on a number of boards, as well as government committees on policy advisory in education.

He served as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Manipal Global Education (MaGE), for 6 years. A pioneering global education entity headquartered out of Bangalore, MaGE is the largest higher education & related services entity out of India. Anand was instrumental in leading the team that built MaGE through expanding its global footprint to 6 campuses, in addition to propelling it as the definitive leader in technology-driven higher education out of India. Notable among the several milestones & achievements MaGE had during Anand’s tenure, are new campuses in Malaysia, Dubai, Antigua and India; an award-winning technology learning platform, EduNxt; a pioneering banking academy, probably the largest of its kind in the world; and expansion of MaGE’s multi-country footprint through organic & inorganic strategies. Post moving out of a full-time position, Anand served as an independent non-executive director of MaGE from July 2012 till September 2013.

Anand Sudarshan has been a recognised leader in the education sector for the past 9 years. He is an active member of FICCI’s (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) national committees on Higher Education & School Education, is the Chair of its national committee on innovation & start-up’s, and is the Co-Chair of FICCI’s Karnataka State Council. He has in the past been a member of CII’s (Confederation of Indian Industry) national committee on Education. He is a founding member of EDGE (an education sector forum and think-tank) and the Vice-Chairman of EDGE’s Vision Group. He is also a trustee of Head Held High Foundation, which is doing seminal work in transforming rural poverty through empowering youth with low or no education through a dynamic combination of focus on training such youth, and creation of jobs through accelerating the rural economy.

Prior to his stint at MaGE, Anand was an entrepreneur & a senior executive at companies in the Information Technology industry, co-founding the Microland Group, and later driving Adea Solutions International.

Anand holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India, and a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India.

Kanak Ghosh is Co- Founder and Director, 9.9 Media. He heads the Education and Government communities in addition to overseeing shared services at 9.9 Media. He has over 25 years of varied experience, which has contributed to making him an excellent grassroots manager and troubleshooter. His expertise encompasses production, distribution, sales and operations. A veteran of the newspaper industry, Kanak headed ABP Group’s Circulation and Distribution function.

In his earlier stint, he led the ‘Change and New Initiatives’ function of Reliance’s Energy Business.
Kanak holds a BTech degree from Jadavpur University.
