He has had strong exposure to Growth Strategy, Branding, Marketing and Profit Centre Management, both in large matrix organizations and start-ups.
In his current role as President, Corporate Gurukul Learning Pvt Ltd (www.corporategurukul.com), Rajesh is spearheading the next phase of growth for the organization.
Before this, Rajesh held senior positions in Business development, Education consulting, Sales, Marketing and Operations at Vertebrand, Technopak advisors, MeriTrac, Reliance Infocomm, Tanishq and Titan Industries Limited.
Rajesh is an Alumnus of INSEAD, France; he also has an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal.
Santhosh Devarajan is working as Strategic Marketing & Planning Manager at Otis elevators, the world’s largest manufacturer of vertical transportation systems. Based in Tokyo, Japan his focus areas are Mergers & Acquisitions, Program Management and Strategic Planning.
Before joining Otis, Santhosh worked with Toshiba Corporation in Japan in their Power Transmission and Distribution division where his roles spanned across Design & Development, Systems Engineering and Bid & Proposals management.
Over the years, he has focused on both technical and commercial aspects of businesses and has embraced a global perspective towards business management & leadership.
Santhosh graduated top of the class in his Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree from National Institute of Technology(NIT), Tiruchirappalli and he also holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
