Rajeev currently engaged as a full-time HR-OD Consultant is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.

Rajeev has been in Senior HR Leadership roles from 1995 – as Group HR Head of The Indian Express, Group HR Director of the Kewalram Chanrai, Head – HR in the Automotive Sector of M&M and Vice President- Human Resources for the Indian Subcontinent  Region with IFF Inc. As an independent consultant, he leads various initiatives in Strategic HR Alignment, Organization Review & Restructuring, Competency Modelling, Talent Strategy & Management and Leadership Development.
