Shashikanth Jayaraman or SK as he is popularly referred to, is a seasoned Human Resource thought leader with about 15 years of rich and varied corporate experience. He has provided operational, strategic and functional leadership to organizations in the areas of Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent retention & engagement, cost optimization, workforce rationalization, culture re-engineering and change management.
