Adam Clinton is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from JJCET, Trichy. He has also done his Diploma in Industrial Safety from Annamalai University. He is a member of SAE INDIA where he was able to put his thoughts into practical application. Adam is a person who is willing to take responsibilities, organize events and execute them in the right manner. He hopes to employ the skills that he has picked up to aid the growth of new green start-ups through CSB. He believes in the line “Work until you don’t have to introduce yourself ”.
Ganesh Gavali graduated from Shivaji University in Computer Applications. His last work stint was with Reliance Jio in the change management sector . His experience endowed him with vital skills and the ability to work in a multi-vendor environment. Ganesh is a person who is willing to take responsibilities, organize events,face risks and execute tasks in a responsible manner. He joined CSB with a vision to enhance his managerial skills with strategy and leadership management for better opportunities. He strongly believes in the quote, “Innovation is what distinguishes a leader from a follower”.
Karthikeyan is a degree holder in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram. He had a keen interest in the societal problems and this made him take up the Civil Service examination. In his first attempt, he managed to crack the preliminary level. He went on to work as a Development Officer in the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC), the largest insurance company in India. He also conducted a free insurance awareness program for the Fiscal Year 2016 among college and university students. His passion and commitment towards work has earned him several accolades from his seniors as well as branch managers. This, has instilled in him, a passion for learning and developing his competence in financial services. His entrepreneurial experiences have taught him how to connect the dots and capitalize an opportunity. An institute like CSB will give him an opportunity to learn from globally acclaimed faculty and provide a platform to attain an optimal blend of cross-functional knowledge and skills, thereby playing a vital role to help him achieve his goals.
Mahalinga Raghavan Adithyan is a BBM graduate from PSG college of Arts and Science. Raghavan was always interested in taking up leadership activities while at school and college. He completed his internship at Shri Mahalingam Granite Company in Madurai. He worked in both the mining and marketing sections and gained knowledge in the product distribution chain. He has also done a major project in consumer satisfaction in vitrified tiles. This research was all about finding the consumer satisfaction level and their discomfort towards the product, their expectations towards the seller regarding innovative ideas and a nominal price for the product . Through this, he was able to arrive at a conclusion regarding the psychology of the consumer on a particular product. He believes that CSB is a great opportunity for him to develop his strengths as well as his weaknesses .
Mahesh Kiran Prashanth is a commerce graduate from Madras Christian College, University of Madras. He has three years of professional work experience with Goldman Sachs, as a senior tax analyst. He has an immense passion to work and thrives to learn during the process. During his tenure, he has worked on various regulatory projects with Tax Authorities in the EMEA region. A variety of skills were developed during this tenure of his and he wishes to employ them in his upcoming ventures. He wishes to transform to a core accounting, generic managerial career in one of the leading accounting firms using the learnings from the Crescent School of Business. In the long-term, he wishes to follow his passion and enter the food industry by opening a themed restaurant.
Rony Samuel, from Hyderabad, has completed his Bachelors of Engineering from Methodist College of Engineering, Osmania university. Upon graduation, he worked for Amazon.com for a year as Risk Investigator in transaction risk management services process. His hobbies are music appreciation, playing the guitar and piano, penning down articles and poems. He believes that the Crescent School of Business would give his career an amazing headstart to take up leadership roles in the world of corporate business. As he aspires to be an influential leader and an entrepreneur in the days to come, he hopes the curriculum would help him learn all the required aspects of today’s business world. In addition, the highly educated and experienced faculty and guest lecturers would create a great learning environment.
Sainath Venkatrao Gajale graduated in Bachelors in Technology- Mechanical from College of Engineering, Pune. After passing out of the College in 2010, he joined Vedanta Recourses Plc’s Sterlite Industries (I) Ltd as Graduate Engineering Trainee. At Sterlite, he extended his knowledge in implementing SAP maintenance module in the company’s newly commissioned RO Plant. His final year project on natural ventilation helped him explore installation activities at Sesa Goa Ltd and JSW Steel. Being a Project Engineer at JSW Steel equipped him with skills on effective resource utilization, scheduling, planning, and more importantly time management to meet the targets. He has always been enthusiastic about work as well as his company’s CSR activities like tree plantation and Clean India drive. He loves playing badminton, swimming and reading. He is excited by the prospect of honing his managerial skills and developing them at CSB which would be a boost to his industry experience and technical knowledge. He is confident that the experience at CSB would be enriching and the learning from the program would help him head-start into a successful career. Suresh Balaji worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Process Analyst. He joined RBS as a Process Analyst and became a Senior Process Analyst in a year. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Madras. He did his Masters in Business Administration from Anna University. He chose the Crescent School of Business because of its world-class faculty and mentorship by industry experts. He believes the school will mould his managerial and leadership skills through the intensive programme and make him a business-ready manager in the dynamic, fast-paced commerce stream. He hopes the programme will transform his life and make him explore new opportunities. Suresh finds his inspiration in the quote, “Leaders are not just freedom fighters, business graduates by profession also fit the term of leaders” .
Jithin graduated in Economics from Maharajas college Ernakulam with 8 years of experience in different fields. His experience includes being a SAP associate consultant, business development manager for a leading real estate and engineering company in Kerala. He was an active member of CRY (Child Relief Yojana) for 3 years spanning from 2005- 2008, member of the Indian Institute of Scientific Heritage for 4 years ending 2011. He is an extrovert and likes making friends. He is passionate about exploring different cuisines and dabbles in cooking, loves to read on topics including astrology, philosophy and spirituality. He strongly believes that one’s deepest feelings, emotions and beliefs manifest in his/her reality. He knows that he will be able hone his managerial skills and build leadership qualities through the one-year programme. His decision to join CSB was inspired by the line, “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream”.
