Personalized Growth Plan
When a student joins the PGDM Executive program at CSB, he/she is profiled and their strengths and areas of improvement are noted. Through individual coaching, personality tests, leadership workshops, we work on leveraging their strengths toward a leadership role. In our curriculum, there is an entire track dedicated to nurturing the leader in the candidate. This is done through a clever mix of courses like Authentic Leadership, Business Communication, Responsible Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership and several more.
As we introduced CSB to a wide range of companies and organizations, we were heartened by the strong endorsement we received from recruiters, as did our promise of building a cadre of industry leaders.
In the first year, we were able to place our students up to 60% higher than what they were earning previously. For Batch 2017-18, the Average salary in placement has gone up at Rs. 7 lakhs P.A. as against Rs. 6 lakhs P.A. last year.
