Personalized Growth Plan

When a student joins the AICTE Approved MBA Programme with Strategy Focus at CSB, he/she is profiled and their strengths and areas of improvement are noted. Through individual coaching, personality tests, leadership workshops, we work on leveraging their strengths toward a leadership role. In our curriculum, there is an entire track dedicated to nurturing the leader in the candidate. This is done through a clever mix of courses like Strategic Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Business Communication, Responsible
Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership and several more.
