Personalized Growth Plan
When a student joins the 1-year PGDM at CSB, he/she is profiled and their strengths and areas of improvement are noted. Through individual coaching, personality tests, leadership workshops, we work on leveraging your strengths towards a leadership role. In our curriculum, there is an entire track dedicated to nurturing the leader in you. This is done through a clever mix of courses like Authentic Leadership, Business Communication, Responsible Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership and several more.

In the first year we were able to place our students upto 60% higher than what they were earning previously.
