Augustine P Justin is the Country HR Leader at WABCO INDIA Limited, a 2.6 Billion USD Company, headquartered at Brussels and listed in the NYSE. He brings with him two decades of rich experience in the gamut of Human Resources in Project Management, Automotive and Pharma Industries. Previously, he was associated with TI Diamond Chains, a 5 billion USD flagship company of Murugappa Group, as GM Human Resources. Augustine has garnered accolades from the CII for HR Excellence at the National Level while at WABCO and TI. He is a Harvard Manage Mentor from HBS and has also been certified by CII EXIM BANK as lead assessor.
Mr. Parameswaran is Vice President, Corporate Planning at TAFE Limited. He is an alumnus of IIT, Kanpur (B. Tech, Chemical Engg), John Hopkins University (M.S., Chemical Engg) and University of Iowa (MBA, Marketing, Operations and Finance).
Mr. Parameswaran’s illustrious career spreads across a range of industries which include Light Engineering at TAFE, Life Sciences Consulting at Cognizant, Management Consulting at PwC-PRTM, and Consumer Products at Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Beginning as Senior Production Manager at Pfizer, he went onto to handle several leading roles since 1990 in Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing at Hindustan Lever Ltd. In 2001, he joined as Principal at Price Water Cooper’s PRTM Management Consulting primarily for Life Sciences and Consumer goods industry. Thereafter, he led several teams and played several strategic and operational roles as the Assistant Vice President since 2008 at Cognizant Technology Solution. He started as the Global Head, Life Sciences Management Consulting and concurrently played the Chief People Officer role for Cognizant Business Consulting through the PeopleCare. In 2013, he moved on to support his current role at TAFE Limited as Vice President Corporate Planning where his role is in the area strategy development and execution, M&A, and other special projects.
Ajit Abraham is currently the Chief People Officer at Ad2Pro Media Solutions Private Limited. Prior to this he worked with Sify as Chief Human Resource Officer, was Senior Vice President at Royal Enfield as well as the Co-Founder of 7Strata, an IT monitoring and management service.
He is a Human Resources Professional with over 30 years of rich and varied experience with extensive strategic and operational HR experience in both domestic and international markets.His experience both as Business Manager and an Entrepreneur enables him to understand the business needs of organizations and develop appropriate business-aligned HR strategies.
Padmini is a passionate marketing leader & communications strategist, with vertical specialization in Banking. With over 2 decades of experience as a Techno Banker first and then as a Marketing professional, she has been a key member of the Corporate Strategy team at Polaris group & now with Intellect Design Arena, a leading Financial Technology Products company.
She was conferred the Women Leadership Award by the Institute of Public Enterprise, for excellence in Technology, Banking and Financial Services. Additionally, she has also been included into the PR Hall of fame by the Public Relations Council of India.
Rajeev currently engaged as a full-time HR-OD Consultant is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Rajeev has been in Senior HR Leadership roles from 1995 – as Group HR Head of The Indian Express, Group HR Director of the Kewalram Chanrai, Head – HR in the Automotive Sector of M&M and Vice President- Human Resources for the Indian Subcontinent Region with IFF Inc. S. Krishnakumar has been a consistent first ranker across his undergraduate and postgraduate education. A mechanical engineer from College of Engineering Guindy, he went on to do his PG from IIT Madras and his MBA from the University of Madras post which he went through the management development programmes at IIM Ahmedabad and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has over 46 years of work experience across various companies like The English Electric Co of India Ltd, Larsen & Toubro group and Lucas TVS Ltd. He finally retired as the Senior Vice President of Lucas TVS Limited after 20 years of service. He has also worked with several Japanese and American consultants, filed 17 patents and serves as an expert in OEM customer management, R&D and Lean manufacturing management.
Rajeev Bhadauria, currently Director-Group HR of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. brings with him a rich, diverse and rare experience in his 30 years of career as an HR Professional both in the Public and Private Sectors. Rajeev began his career with a decade-long stint in NTPC before moving into the private sector joining Reliance Infrastructure (then BSES) in 1995 as the Head of Corporate HR.
At Jindal Steel & Power Mr. Bhadauria contributed to transforming and driving the organizational capabilities by pushing for a modern, progressive, and a future-proof process which is a great example for promoting principles of diffused leadership coupled with strong business insight strengthened by a sense of commercial and financial proprietary.
Ajit is a Director at Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu India LLP based in Chennai. He is an Industrial Engineer from NIT, Trichy with a post-graduation in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur with over 29 years of experience.
Ajit’s expertise is in building alignment between the institution’s strategy, processes, systems and people. He has worked with Government departments, public sector institutions, and private institutions. He has worked across sectors like Healthcare, Education, Power, Water, Food and Agriculture, Textiles, Local Self Government, Logistics etc.
In the healthcare sector, Ajit has worked extensively with medical institutions such as the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, NIMHANS, and a few other institutions in Coimbatore & Nellore. A specific area of focus has been on the advent & application of technology for the Healthcare sector. He is currently working closely with a healthcare service provider in establishing an Electronic Health Records, Health portal and Telemedicine platform in India and the USA.
Rajeev is currently the Global Head, Campus Hiring & Talent Acquisition Marketing at Wipro Ltd
He has over 12 years of experience in leading Business Development and Account Management for various software products and services. Currently with Wipro, he is driving the efforts for recruiting fresh talent pool from technical colleges globally and provides marketing strategy inputs for talent acquisition.
Prior to his higher education, he was Vice President – IT at MITCON Consultancy Services a joint venture of Financial Institutions, Banks and State Corporations of Maharashtra in Pune. In 2003 he completed his MBA in Strategy and MS in Information Systems both from Boston University and went on to engage as Senior Manager, at Boston University; BU Global for over a year. 2005 onwards he moved on to work with Wipro as Client partner till 2013 and eventually joined as their Global Head.
Rajeev is also a founding member of a Non-Profit Organization Snehalaya, supporting women and children distress for over two decades. He has recently authored a book on human trafficking “Defying Destinies”. At present he is member – board of trustees and honorary Vice President of the organization.
Sandeep Dutta is the managing director of Accenture Resources in India, which serves clients in the utilities, energy, chemicals and natural resources (metals, mining, paper etc.) industries.
Sandeep has more than 18 years of experience in large scale business transformation for Indian and Multinational Corporation (MNC) clients in utilities, metals and mining space focusing on Business Transformation, Technology interventions, Program management and process re-engineering.
Sandeep joined Accenture in 2003. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore University and an MBA in Business Administration from International Management Institute.
