Dr.Srinivasan has professional experience of 26+ years in Industry and Academics. After 6 years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing, he worked as a Management teacher at Kongu Engineering College – Erode, ICFAI Business School – Chennai and Jansons School of Business – Coimbatore for around 10 years.
In 2007, he took a break from teaching to work as Head- Strategic Alliances at Everonn Systems India Limited, Chennai for around 2 years. Since then Dr.Srinivasan had been working as Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Jansons School of Business – Coimbatore before taking up his current assignment as Dean- Crescent School of Business.
He has won Gold medal & awards for his professional & academic achievements. He has presented highly commended papers in National & International conferences.
He has participated in a number of Faculty Development Programmes sponsored by AICTE & UGC and organised by leading business schools including IIM – Bangalore / ISB- Hyderabad / MDI- Gurgaon in India.
Dr. Srinivasan completed his Bachelor’s degree from The American College, Madurai and MBA from Dept. of Mgmt. Studies (DOMS), Madurai Kamaraj University. He has earned his Ph.D in the area of Consumer Complaining Behaviour.

Dr. Anuradha.N is highly organized and a meticulous Administrator with experience in Academic delivery settings. She is a Good communicator and planner with strong judgment and critical thinking abilities.
She has Published 19 journal articles, 4 conference papers and written 2 book chapters in her field of discipline. She teaches Finance & Accounts and General Management subjects. She has got 12 years of Industrial experience in organizations like Cochin Refineries Limited, in addition to the 12 years of teaching experience. She has organized and coordinated many seminar, workshops and certificate programs.
Her proficiency in planning academic curriculum, regulation and implementation made her involved in the “Outcome Based Education” process from the initial stages and acted as the NBA Co-ordinator for Management Programs, as well as, internal expert member for other programs of the Institute. She is adept at preparing reports and documents for statutory agencies and involved in the ranking and rating process of the Institute, like NIRF, QS star etc and in AICTE approval process.
Dr. Anuradha.N has her bachelor’s degree in Physics from Holy Cross College, Nagercoil and Master’s degree in Management from Thiayagarajar School of Management, Madurai in 1994. Her doctoral degree is from Anna University, Chennai in the area of Financial Market.
