Crescent School of Business, (CSB) is a new, re-imagined Management and Business school in Chennai, offering world-class education to some of the brightest young minds in the country.

Businesses of today require creative and strategic leadership, for they operate in an environment characterized by an accelerated pace of innovation, advancements in communication technology and a greater degree of social connectedness. This has resulted in a layered, complex and non-traditional setting, with multiple stakeholders, within which business leaders need to work, excel and succeed.

Modern business education needs to accurately reflect this. Crescent School of Business has been built with this philosophy and it aspires to create a class of strategic leaders who will drive businesses in the New Economy. Students of CSB go through a student centric Customised Management Programme(CMP) blending experiential learning, critical thinking, industry integration and academic instruction led by experienced academic and practitioner faculty.

CSB is part of the UGC recognised BSA Crescent Institute of Science & Technology (Deemed to be University), located on GST Road at Vandalur, Chennai.

The Department of Management Studies was established in the year 1994 with an objective to produce competent management and business professionals to meet global needs. The department offers two year full-time MBA and PhD programmes. Department offers 2 year full-time MBA programme with semester pattern. The MBA programme is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Centre for Business Strategy(CBS) has been formed to give thrust to the Strategy oriented courses, Seminars, International Immersions, International collaborations, MDPs, Industry Collaborations, Research and Consultancy Projects etc.
